It describes how the Company collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data that we obtain from users (the "User") of the Platform and any account by Services provided through the Platform as well as other our collected personal data, and how we use and disclose that information. For purposes of this Policy, "Personal Data" refers to information supplied by a person from which the identity of such person may be directly or indirectly determined.

We are committed to ensuring that all Personal Data is processed in accordance with the highest standards of data protection and privacy regulations, technical and organizational measures are put in place. The Data We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect and process Personal Data about you directly from you when you contact us, register to use the Platform or submit information, as well as automatically through your use of the Platform. We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party service providers, state institutions or other persons that may have a legal ground to provide the Personal Data to us.

Data We Collect Directly From You

Identification Information: We collect the following information when you register an Account: e-mail address, public e-wallet address. We also collect any other information relating to you which you have provided to us in any forms that you may have submitted to us, or in other forms of interaction with you.

Transaction Information: details about transfers you make on our Website, including deposit snapshots, account balances, trade history, order activity and distribution history, Digital Asset Wallet Address, blockchain address, wallet type, and date/time stamps;

Information collected in accordance with the requirements of the laws:We may collect any Personal Data required for proving Know Your Client (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB) compliance, according to applicable legal regulation.

Profile Information: includes your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

Communications with Us: We collect information you give us during any support and feedback communications via email, social media when you contact us through contact forms on the Platform. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, provide support, facilitate transactions, and improve our Platform.

Usage Information:Information about your use of our Platform, including cookies, computer and connection information, device type and unique device identification numbers (e. g. IMEI number, MAC address), bandwidth, mobile network information, mobile operating system and type of mobile browser, statistics on page views, and traffic to and from our websites, and other technical data collected through cookies and other similar technologies that uniquely identifies your browser.

Security of Your Personal Data

We have implemented reasonable precautions consistent with applicable laws and regulations to protect the Personal Data we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. Therefore, all Users (including their authorized individuals) of the Platform shall comply with the security requirements in the Terms and take the following additional steps to help ensure the security of their Personal Data and the access to their account:

  1. You should choose a robust user identification, password, and/or PIN to access your account ("User Credentials") that nobody else knows or could easily guess. User Credentials must meet the requirements we specify when you establish those User Credentials. You should keep your User Credentials secure and private, and not share your User Credentials with any third party.

  2. You should install anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall software in your personal computers and mobile devices;

  3. You should update operating systems, anti-virus, and firewall products with security patches or newer versions on a regular basis;

  4. You should remove file and printer sharing in computers, especially when they are connected to the internet;

  5. You should make regular backups of your critical data;

  6. You should consider the use of encryption technology to protect highly sensitive or confidential information;

  7. You should completely log off and clear your browser cache after finishing each online session with the Platform;

  8. You should not install software or run programs of unknown origin;

  9. You should delete junk or chain emails;

  10. You should not open email attachments from strangers;

  11. You should not disclose personal, financial, or credit card information to little-known or suspect websites;

  12. You should not use a computer or a device that cannot be trusted; and

  13. You should not use public or internet café computers to access online services or perform financial transactions.

Each member of the staff can access the systems only by using his unique login credentials. Staff have access to Personal Data only for the purposes of performing their roles.

You may have set a password in order to access certain parts of our Platform. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Users are required to securely record their Master Password or private keys on a physical medium (e.g., paper) and ensure its safekeeping in a secure location. Users should additionally implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance the account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and control over any passwords, public and / or private keys, or any other codes that you use to access the Services.

We seek to put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction consistent with applicable data protection laws. Nevertheless, you are responsible for using of the secure internet connection and the transmission of information via third party networks.

The Company prioritizes your security with advanced technical measures, including, but not limited to, Zero Knowledge Encryption. This method uses industry-standard algorithms for enhanced privacy, encrypting data on your device before transmission and ensuring it can only be decrypted by you.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected Personal Data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

You should immediately notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use or access of your Account or User Credentials. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised User Credentials or for any activity on your Account via unauthorized activity using your User Credentials.

Rights of access, correction, and deletion

In accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulation, including the GDPR, you have rights of access, edit, update, or delete your Account or Personal Data we have collected at any time by accessing your account settings or emailing us at [email protected]. Please note that some of these rights are subject to specific conditions set out in the applicable personal data protection regulation. Therefore, if your particular situation does not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to respond to your request. In this case, we will inform you of the reasons for our refusal. We will respond to your requests within a reasonable period of time, but no later than the time period required by law.

  • where we need to cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that the business, service provider, or third party reasonably and in good faith believes may violate laws;

  • where we need to retain information to exercise or defend legal claims;

  • where the information contains legal privilege or proprietary information of another party; or where complying with the request would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights; and

  • If the Personal Data is stored in the public blockchains (blockchain transaction on a public ledger).

Country-Specific Rights:Depending on the laws in your country of residence, you might have specific rights concerning how we handle your Personal Data. Should you have any inquiries regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If we determine that we cannot respond to any request in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, we will take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to any request under this provision, including complying with any applicable legal requirement for verifying your identity.

Transfer of Personal Data

Given our global operations, your Personal Data may be processed in various locations worldwide where our facilities or service providers are located. We will ensure that security provisions are in place consistent with our obligations to maintain the security of your Personal Data under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

For EU/EEA Users.We may transfer, store and process your Personal Data using cloud services in various countries operated by third party service providers or business partners. Such countries may not have the same level of data protection as required within the EU. Retention

We retain your Personal Data as long as you maintain an Account on the Platform. We will cease to retain your Personal Data, or remove the means by which the Personal Data can be associated with particular individuals, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that:

  2. retention is no longer necessary for legal, accounting or business purposes.

Blockchain Data

Please note that we are not responsible for (i) your use of Ethereum or any other blockchain and (ii) the use of your Personal Data as processed in these decentralized and permissionless blockchain networks.

You should also be aware that due to the inherent transparency of the blockchain networks, transactions that you approve when using the Platform may be publicly accessible. This includes, but is not limited to, your public key address, the public key address of the receiver, the amount of crypto sent or received, and any other data a user has chosen to include in a given transaction.

Transactions and addresses available on blockchain may reveal Personal Data about the user’s identity, and Personal Data can potentially be correlated now or in the future by any party who chooses to do so, including law enforcement. We encourage you to review how privacy and transparency on the blockchain network works.

Children Under 18

Our Platform is not designed for children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete such information from our systems.
